I can not speak highly enough . Natasha has helped my stomach get back to good health in 3 months that my Drs could not do or provide in 10 years . From start to end her guide plan is very easy to adjust to and remember, from visit to visit my diet is adjusted to get me back to recovery. I feel so much better , not just in the symptoms in my body but my well being. Like they say your gut health is linked to your brain . Now I feel I am running on optimal health and well being .
