Mixed experience - good strategy, execution issues
The initial strategy session was impressive and their market analysis was spot-on. However, the execution phase had some hiccups with delayed campaign launches and a few technical issues with tracking. When everything was running smoothly, the results were solid. Just wish the process had been smoother from the start.
