Worse airline ever. And thieves on refunds
We paid for extra leg room there and back, but when boarded both times we had normal seats as they had been already booked. Everyone had different seats. When asked flight attendants they just shrugged said we will have to seat else where, they wasn't given a flight plan. Rude staff on board.l also. Contacted sunexpress after they said they would refund us, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for it. They reckon they have refunded it, when asked they said to the agency card I used ending in **31 to which I said i paid with my bank card and it doesn't end with that. There now ignoring my emails. Full of excuses and totally just stealing people's money. So many people on that flight had seating issues. DO NOT USE SUNEXPRESS, WORSE AIRLINE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Didn't even wanna give 1star
