4 months on and still no refund!
I left in September and still have not had a refund! After numerous calls and messaging, I am still no further. Apparently I am on list, but they don’t know where about on the list, they have a small team dealing with the list but I can’t speak to them and neither can the customer service team. I have been told I can’t complain because it take 56 working days for a response and that team are also behind - so was advised not to bother. I did complain and about 90 days ago and I still haven’t had an acknowledgement and certainly no response. It is infuriating that they can get away with such appalling customer service and withholding money.
