I had the international coverage for about two years and it was great coverage. The most important aspect for me is customer service. The UK international team are the most respectful and patient customer care workers I have ever experienced in health care, so that was the best part. I think it is pretty common in health care that if you do utilize it you can't cancel for the remaining period (which should be changed in general, at least take into consideration what was used and how long the covered person was under contract) but the customer care team helped me reduce the coverage at that time at least for the remainder of the policy which was nice. I had the insurance renew automatically which was a surprise and they could do a better job of making that clear in the email it was only in the subject line but it should be VERY clear in the contents of the email as well. I did have very easy conversations and had my policy cancelled and refunded but be AWARE of the 14 day deadlines- but Greg Hughes made my day each time I spoke with him on the phone and helped me get the care cancelled easily with no back and forth or redirecting my calls. I was connected to him easily and he was a pleasure.
