Policy cancelled day before arranged date

I have been with Carole Nash insurance for 5 years on a multi bike policy as i had 5 motorcycles at one point i missed one payment due to my card being cloned and my replacement card not being delivered before the last date even though I had contacted them twice in the 2 weeks leading up to the cancellation date to which point they cancelled my policy the day before the date I had arranged over the phone
