No interest in their customers.
For several years I had two accounts with Justhosts and had few problems which were quickly resolved. Until.... I forgot to renew an account and it was disabled. I renewed the same day and waited patiently for the account to be re-enabled. And waited. And waited. Days.I had no contact from them and nothing worked. No emails, no hosting and restricted access to the control panel. I am partially deaf so unable to use the phone support. Email support for technical problems had been withdrawn for "efficiency" purposes. I waited up to two hours with a chat window open but had no response. I emailed accounts.... no reply. I emailed again and eventually had a reply telling me the account was suspended due to malware and I would need to locate and remove the offending file(s). I've no idea how malware was introduced, I had only emails hosted. Control panel wouldn't allow me to access any files to fix the problem. I emailed again asking how can I fix it when I'm locked out. And no reply. Luckily I only renewed for three months (two now remaining) But the money paid is a complete loss. And a refund for unused time? Can only be applied for over the phone. I am now removing the other account. Uncaring, useless company.
