I can honestly say that without the help of Mia at Nationwide Energy, who has helped on a number of occasions with two separate electricity suppliers, who had made significant errors, we would surely never have come out the other side without a court case. She took away the trauma, she kept me up to date, negotiated on our behalf with companies that were difficult to tackle queries with. Like a dog with a bone, she didn't give up until the cause of the issue was found and put right in both cases. I would not have had the time or the knowledge to do any of it.
