Reliable rent collection and Property Marketing
Jane Sharp's management of the rent collection process has been excellent. Very responsive, and helpful. The marketing of the property is done quickly, we have not had the property vacant for long, between tenancies. However, the team managing the communication related to inspections and the resolving of issues raised by tenants needs to improve their responsiveness. A lot time is spent following up with them.
