I bought my property, in the Enfield area, through Equity in June 2020. The service offered by Equity, from sales to lettings, is seamless. In particular, I was most impressed by the outstanding level of customer care given by Mark Szumski, Head of Sales and Lettings. Mark was prompt and efficient at getting things moving, and kept me informed every step of the way. Mark was always readily available to take my phone calls, and brilliant at returning phone calls, and responding to text messages and emails promptly. In my experience, I have found that Mark genuinely cares about his clients, and this caring approach is reflected in his words and actions; he excels at building rapport, and is most helpful and accommodating in addressing clients' requests.
