Motorcycle from US to Ireland
I shipped my motorcycle from the US (Utah) to Dublin Ireland through this company and it was a mess from the very beginning. We had discussed potential dates but they did not clearly communicate when the bike would be picked up or who would be contacting me. I received a call from a private driver who could not even tell me the company name that I was going through. He was asking about picking up the bike on a day that was not previously discussed. Once the bike was actually picked up, it took them almost 6 months to get it to Ireland when they had initially estimated 4-6 weeks. During the time, there was no pro active communication and I kept getting the same generic answer when I reached out to ask for an updated timeline. Upon receiving it, I had to pay an additional 500 Euro for the receiving company to pick it up and bring it to a warehouse. I had been told originally that the cost that I paid to them covered everything. The left handlebar was also slightly bent (I assume from it being strapped down so hard) but I did not notice this until after we had taken the bike off of the property (we trailered it off). This meant that I had to replace it myself. All around a horrible experience and I would suggest using another company as it is clear that Schumacher does not care about providing a quality service to their customers.
