Trying to register an eSIM
Trying to register an eSIM . Difficult to do so on website because of necessity to enter date of birth via calendar. It would take too long. I phoned helpline and Quen was extremely helpful, did it for me over the phone, and then did the same for my husband. Thank you Quen. I would however suggest that Lyca change the method of entering date of birth!
