Order placed on the 19 May 2025 - still waiting!
Order placed on the 19 May 2025 They state that there is a 7 to 10 day delay for items not in stock but my order is still showing 14 June 2025 as an estimated date for receipt of this item to the warehouse but I have had no communication from you to advise of any delay, no apologies, nothing.! This is terrible customer service. The reply from MSP states that they do not send emails because of the 'hundreds of orders per day'. Is this the number of orders that they are unable to fulfil on-time? I hope not ! Either way, keeping the customer informed in a proactive way always benefits the seller rather than the current attitude of 'we have your money, we don't have the part you ordered but we might have it soon......'. First and last order through MSP.
