Inexperienced travellers who needed expert advice!
A couple who desperately needed a relaxing (child free) break but after trawling websites and looking at the 1000s of options available, we had no idea where to start, so we got in touch with Karen Hogan. A quick email with some details about what we were looking for resulted in a speedy email back with enough options for us to review and select our final choice. The whole experience was stress free and led us to have a wonderful holiday, without any of the panic about whether we'd done it right, were going to a nice place etc etc. Understanding hotel websites is not easy and we kept asking Karen questions about all sorts of little things, right up until she clicked 'book'. Karen was amazing and we will definitely be booking through her again. Thank you.
