I've had nothing but trouble since I opened an account with Bellco
I've had nothing but trouble since I opened an account with Bellco Credit Union recently. The agent was new, but tried to be helpful but the Bellco systems were overwhelming. I had to rewrite my vitals on numerous pages taking a lot of time. You would have thought that you were still in the age of carbon pager not computers. Since opening my account I've been prevented from reaching it online due to constant problems trying to login to my account. I've dealt with three IT people who although very friendly haven't been able to figure out why once I've fixed the login problem it prevents me from being able to login again. I'm still nervous about my account as I received 2 identical letters from Bellco with the heading of Bellco Student Banking showing that I have a zero account balance. I'm 78 and haven't had a student loan for decades and never with Bellco. Not being able to login & see what they list for my account balance combined with these letters is keeping me on edge. I hope to be able to retrieve my money from Bellco & transfer it it to a way more efficient company. Rick
