Reklamation eines defekten Netzteils…

Reklamation eines defekten Netzteils des Poolrunners Battery Basic Nachdem die erforderlichen Daten des defekten Netzteils dem Service Team von Steinbach übermittelt wurden,dauerte es keine 2 Stunden zur einer positiven Antwort.Das neue Netzteil wurde dann zum Versand freigegeben. Es ist zwar noch auf dem Weg,mit Sendungsverfolgung ,aber die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Reklamation ist beispielhaft.Vielen Dank nochmal an Fr.Holziger und Fr.Schuster und dem Rest vom Serviceteam.
