We have stayed numerous times at Phoenix West II, we love the atmosphere. The unit we stayed in this year was the most run down one we have stayed in. The furniture was old, mattress in one room sloped on edges so bad it felt like you was going to roll off. We will definitely be back to Phoenix West II next year but in a different unit.
