Rude and arrogant manager
I'm mortified by the So called manager in bundoora Victoria branch. I was choosing my sweets, Maoam, when Akash, the store manager approached and in a demanding voice asked me what I'm doing. I said I'm buying and choosing my sweets. After my answer, he didn't leave. He kept probing another 2 times asking why I'm choosing and that he saw me taking packets after packets. Then he walked, turned again and asked me what are the packets I've chosen there for. I angrily said I'm buying them! I went to the cashier and asked to see the manager. His tone was not right! He was defensive and said he asked a question to which I said it were questions and interrogations. He had no right to talk to me as such. He was rude and I also told him I've been to this Aldi many times and never once have I been stopped and questioned. I said he treated me like a Theif!In the conversation he said that There ARE MANY THEIVES.I stopped him short and asked so is he calling me a thief. He said did I say you are a thief? I told him why even bring up that word and insinuate that word THIEF!He had no emotions and asked me what would like. An apology? There was no sincerity in his tone or eve nn he has no manners at all. He has no customer service at all! Says proudly he has worked in Aldi for 20 years and this is how he behaves. Absolutely disgusting! Absolutely uncalled for. Never going there again!
