I spoke to Kaitlon this afternoon about my concerns with my water bill. This is something I didn’t have much understanding of and was a bit apprehensive to call. Kaitlon was extremely patient and kind on the phone and made me feel at ease whilst proving me with thorough understanding behind certain issues and offering really useful advice.
