Dwight puts Apple to shame!!!

When my HomePod Gen 1 stopped working, I booked an appointment with Apple at Lakeside to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately, this proved to be a waste of time as a gentleman in the store plugged it in, stared at it, unplugged it and quoted me £299 for a replacement. When I got home, I phoned Apple to complain about my experience and was told they were only sorry for the way I felt and that there was nothing they could do as all HomePods are unable to be disassembled and fixed. So I decided to research a third party repair company and found Dwight who sent me his details so I could ship the HomePod over to him. Three days after sending it, he contacted me again to let me know the repair was complete! I received it back in good time and it now works a treat! What really impressed me was how I cannot see any scratches or dents where he may have used tools to take it to pieces. I literally have no idea how he managed to take it apart! So if your HomePod is broken, don’t bother calling Apple for help. They will only make up excuses and open their hands to more of your money. Instead, use Dwight to fix your HomePod for a fraction of the price. He is able to do what a 3 trillion dollar company can’t - and do it amazingly too. Apple really could learn a few lessons from this guy. Well done Dwight and shame on you Apple!
