Disaster.
Disaster. We were given a car in Palermo with over 100,000 km in terrible condition. The AC didn’t work, and the call center was unreachable — I can't imagine what we would’ve done if the car had completely broken down. When we returned the vehicle, they ignored our complaints and even charged us for fuel, despite the fact that we returned it with the same level. The low price was the bait that lured us in — never again. If possible, stay away.
