Honesty and Integrity? Hmmmm......
Update after Dentaprime's response. This is so typical of Dentaprime and completely expected. As I wrote below, they told me on the phone in hindsight after my consultation that, 'WE ONLY REALLY DO 'ALL IN A DAY' TEETH REPLACEMENT'. At no point was it explained to me that they 'were only doing what was best for me'! Once again clearly showing a lack of honesty and integrity. I am now booked into a local implant specialist who is doing just one teeth after CT scans with no mention of any other implants needing doing. I told him about Dentaprime telling me I needed 9 implants. He just gave me that knowing look and said,'I'm not going to belittle another dental company, but............' This is my review relating to the honesty and integrity of Dentaprime. I approached them to ask the cost of 1, maybe 2 implants. They said it would be £1,100 per implant. I travelled 4.5hrs from Wirral to London. The staff were all very pleasant. After my assessment they told me, 'We want to take out 3 of your front teeth, (even though I only needed one implant), 4 from your bottom jaw, because there is a little inflamation there and 2 from your front bottom teeth.' The cost of this was to be £9,900, not the £1,100-£2,200 for the 2 teeth that they were supposed to be looking at only. I elected on a compromise for a package of £5,700 for 5 teeth (including the ones with the inflamation). They told me that this would be put to the dentists and they would contact me the next day. I then drove 5.5hrs back home through London at peak hour. They did not call me the next day, so I called them. They told me, 'no we're not accepting your compromise, it's the full £9,900 or we're not touching you. You see we're only really interested in All Teeth in a Day'. We're not really interested in doing just a few. They told me originally on the phone call that they could do 1-2 teeth if that was all I needed, and so I travelled 4.5hrs there, wasted my day and 5.5hrs back plus the loss of one day's pay. They may do good work for those people who agree to their demands, but do they have honesty and integrity, certainly not in my case! My advice is to beware!
