Booked holiday through TUI not realizing the flights would be through freebirds, I was dreading it after reading all the reviews, we went from leeds Bradford airport to Turkey and it was no bother at all infact we found them better than Ryanair, no delay no hassle straight through the staff were lovely and friendly
