Dreadful Company
Dreadful Company. Recently reported blocked to overflow sewerage system and was told they were busy and that an engineer would contact me within 24 hours. 28 hours later no call so used there call back system and when they did call back said they would pass it on to their allocation team. 50 hours later no contact so had to remedy solution myself. Contacted them again to complain and the operator seemed to find it funny that we could not use toilet/shower etc for that period. Promised customer care team would contact me about my complaint and true to form no contact. Absolute joke of a company with incompetent staff
