Rebel Internet

Great philosophy, good onboarding, reasonable service.
• I loved their philosophy, which resonated with my cynical opinion of large telecom companies. • The pricing seems comparetive with the pricier end of the market, but I appreciated their honesty, and I am whiling to pay the same amount (as EE) for more for a brand that is transparent with pricing that is stable and predictable. • Sign-up was easy, as Rebel could close my account with EE. • When setting up on the day of switch over I discovered my master socket did not fit the supplied cabled, which would of put me off line if not for the previous adapter I had from EE. I felt the question of what socket I had should of come up during sign-up to avoid this. They did send me an adaptor the next day, but EE still had to bail us out of this one. • This is the first time I've had an additional booster (upstairs), and it's worked excellent. It kinda set itself up almost, so it was ultra easy to install. • I've had more dropouts than with EE, with my TV or PS4 telling me I'm offline occasionally. This is disappointing but not a huge issue. • The app is fine, novel at first, but quite a lot of info I've no idea what to do with. In summary, it's fine. I like the brand, and that I'm not locked into a contract, but when Trooli comes my way, I will check them out. I think Rebel is probably a good thing for consumers and with enough customers, could affect some positive industry change. So, for now, I'm happy enough and not looking to switch (but am open to suggestions).
