pre-booked and paid for an XL seat
Dear SunExpress Team, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent flight with you. Although I had pre-booked and paid for an XL seat in row 2, as was clearly selectable in your online booking tool, I was assigned a standard seat instead. At the check-in counter, I pointed out that I had paid in advance for the XL seat, but unfortunately, no solution was offered, and to this day I have not received any refund for the service that was not provided. This experience was quite disappointing and does not meet the expectations set by your service offer. I sincerely hope that I will still receive a refund for the undelivered service. At this point, I would rate this part of the experience with zero stars, and I hope for a prompt resolution.
