Awful company to deal with.
Awful company to deal with. Due to poor 3 Mobile reception at home, I decided to try another network. I bought a Lebara pay as you go just for test purposes and put £5 on it but when trying to make a call it was saying I had no credit. After a very frustrating call with support, I was given a monthly account. Having found that there was no improvement in reception, I tried to cancel my account using the app. When you click on cancel account, it says that you must unlink any sim cards first. I did this, and found that it is not possible to log in to an account either with the app or browser without linking a sim card first!!! Another frustrating phone call, and was told my account is closed. I have still been receiving emails and texts from Lebara, so I asked that they stop contacting me, and that my email and other details be removed from their records, as is my legal right. That was a couple of weeks ago. Today I received another email about changes to their terms and conditions. I DONT have a Lebara account any more! I now have a chat record of me telling them today, that if they continue to ignore my legal right for my details to be removed from their database, I will make a formal complaint to The Information Commissioners Office.
