I contacted this company on multiple occasions to get my domain back from Falcoda Internet, their subsidiary, who do not respond to enquiries. Falcoda put their address in as the registrant, so they would not release my domain to me, despite clearly demonstrating ownership. Since then, I had to claw my domain .co.uk. domain back through Nominet. It then took months to get one .com domain back. I still have not got other .com domain back. This has led to pronounced financial loss to my business and has been emotionally damaging.
