I’ve been trying to contact Clyde’s Leather Company for about 3 weeks. I sent them an email after only half of my ordered items arrived. No response! Then I called and was told to set up a scheduled time (3:00 to 3:15 PM) with someone named Tina Phillips in customer service. I called several times during the scheduled window and was sent to voicemail with zero response… Pretty sure this is some “Flim Flam” business front, that hustles orders with no regard to customers needs, or to their own requirements as a business. As my wife said, “And you thought you were trying to support one of the “Private American Businesses” Do yourself a favor and order these kind of products from Amazon. You’ll get much better service!
