Taking advantage of the elderly
Having to file a complaint with the Property Ombudsmen. This company has absolutely no process for dealing with contracts for the elderly. They had a verbal discussion via the phone with my elderly father (81 years) and then sent a contract for signature (spelling his name wrong) to his old iPhone and didn't explain what he was digitally signing. Then they sent him and exorbitant bill. The costs were not clearly explained and they are now taking advantage of an elderly man
