Since becoming an ultimate member, Secrets has lost my longest and favorite group chat, many of my images, and some great videos. Save your money, don't go ultimate, emailing them resulted in no reply, I really liked this site over others, but they are having problems ans not responding to emails, save your money Their responses went to my spam folder, which I didn't suspect. They followed up with me, refunded money for lost videos, and addressed all my concerns. They actually admitted their mistake and went above what I expected to address my concern. I'm now a happy camper. I look forward to using their new video feature.
