If I could give 0 stars I would. I used this service for a dermatology visit. They do not do virtual for this- only a survey and adding 3 pictures. I was completely blown off by the doctor with 2 issues that were clearly not what I was dealing with. I messaged (you’re only allowed to send 1 message) saying that it couldnt be either of those things and the doc dismissed me and i was told i have to create another “appointment” if i wanted to discuss further. At $85 a pop- that was not happening. I went to urgent care and received the proper diagnosis that I suggested in my survey and was blown off. Absolute trash. I previously used them for a respiratory infection (virtual visit)- my husband used them for the same exact symptoms and received antibiotics and a steroid. I had the exact same symptoms and I was told it was viral and they couldn’t do anything for me. My husband got better in two days and I ended up at the doctor and had pneumonia. I will never use this service again. They had 2 chances and failed miserably. Don’t waste your money.
