My first solicitor for Irwin Mitchell was a little disappointing, I really didn’t feel the case was important enough for her. As soon as Rowen took over, this all changed! She was very invested in me personally, to make sure everything was thought out and recognised that there were things that I hadn’t been able to do because of the negligence, like working around the house. Everything was then included and I really felt like she did everything that she could to make sure the claim was fair. She was very approachable, if I had any questions or worries. She spent time to answer everything and make sure I knew exactly what was happening and why. If Rowen was on the job from the start, there would be 5 stars
