Please google gambling911 and jazzsports for multiple articles on jazzsports non payments. Jazz has recently started confiscating peoples balances and stopped paying winners. They blame the previous owners for cooking the books. I.e They bought a company that was bankrupt and in major debt with no liquidity to cover debts.
