I got free upgrade from skoda scala automatic to mg zs automatic for free. Car clean and full tank, the office is 400m from the airport about 8 min walk. Droped off the car at 4am and left it on the parking spot. Only issue no confirmation from the office thet they received the car and keys. I had to send them message two days latter. But overall good experience.
