Very disappointed – unhelpful and dismissive customer service despite a serious delivery issue
I placed several orders on this site. My first order went extremely well — fast delivery, everything in order — which gave me confidence in their service. But with my second order, everything went downhill. I never received the items I paid for, yet I’m still being charged over €200 in monthly installments. It’s now been two months, and I still haven’t received my package — or any real help. I contacted customer service multiple times, both by email and via their website’s live chat. At first, they responded, but only to tell me the same thing over and over: that the parcel was “successfully delivered and collected.” When I went in person to the parcel shop — as they told me to do — I was told the package had already been picked up, and that they couldn’t help me. Even worse: they mistakenly thought I had already been refunded, confusing me with someone else. That is 100% false — I’ve never been refunded, and I still have no package. Now, for weeks, I’ve been completely ignored. They no longer respond at all — not by email, not through their live chat. It honestly feels like they’re just waiting for me to give up. That’s the most upsetting part. Despite all the proof I provided, they pushed the responsibility onto me, telling me to go file a complaint against the parcel shop. But I have no idea who picked up my parcel — and I’ve already done everything they told me to do. This has been an exhausting and extremely stressful experience. I’m being charged for something I never received, and they’ve shown zero intention of helping me or resolving the situation. ⚠️ Be very careful: if anything goes wrong with your delivery, don’t expect real support. Once things go wrong, they’ll stop replying and leave you to deal with it alone. Sadly, I only saw their true face after this issue began.
