Poor first purchase experience - but follow up MUCH better
Poor first purchase experience. the website had the pictured item -- Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur - however what arrived was Pomp & Whimsy Gin (regular). I emailed sales @ vistawinespirits . com and got a response from Ameen Bouzganda offering me a 10% refund and to keep the order. I declined saying I wanted what I originally ordered. Ameen replied that what I received is the only item from Pomp & Whimsy they carry. Question: why offer Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur if you do not carry it? Very Poor service, and I will not purchase from "Quality Liquor Store" again and will put my review on all places where it can reach a wide audience so no one has to go through this again. I'd give a zero star rating, but that was not an option. Update: received a call from Vin owner of Quality Liquor --real nice guy. He wanted to make this right. he and I collaborated on what can be done to replace what was sent, vs what I ordered. He is in progress with a third party to fulfill orders, and there are still bugs to work out on the communications. I get that. He looked in the warehouse, and they did have what I ordered in stock. I had a tracking number within 15 minutes, and my order was on the way. I update my review to five stars and excellent customer service. thanks Vin! we will order from you again!
