I am very satisfied with carda Health. In the beginning it was difficult but slowly I've improved. My stability has increased along with my endurance. My Blood pressure has become stable and within a normal range. Respirations have improved my Shortness of breath has decreased with moderate exertion. I look forward to the sessions with Jordon 3 times a week. Jordon has introduced me to breathing exercises and educational material that have helped me reach my goals. Everytime I reach one challenge, He always moves me forward into another challenge. This program is great and I definitely would encourage others to try it.
