Tidewater orange beach
We stayed at the Tidewater In orange beach. Just got home today. We were very disappointed. We flew into Pensacola and had to drive to gulf shores to pick our keys up. It’s 2020 who still has to pick keys to a condo up. This was out of our way not to mention we had to check out by 10 an this morning and return our keys before heading back to the airport. When we arrived to the Brett Robinson office last Sunday around noon the lady told us they were cleaning our room and it shouldn’t take long. We knew the Check-in time wasn’t until 5 so we thought for sure since she was letting them know we were in town they would do their best to hurry the cleaning process up. WRONG. We not only had to wait the entire time but even longer!! We had a grocery pick up in our van for over an hour. They were still cleaning our room while we put our groceries away! I was furious! They didn’t get finished cleaning until almost 6:00. We were very disappointed.
