Decent product with some limitations
The balm works well for light skin texture issues but don't expect miracles for severe crepiness. I like that it's not heavily fragranced and absorbs relatively quickly. However, you need to use it consistently for several weeks before seeing noticeable changes. The packaging could be better - hard to get product out when it gets low.
