AVOID THESE SITES TOTAL RIP OFFS. Quite happy when you loose but getting winning out of them a different story. Have nearly £4000 worth of withdrawals pending that they are not paying out. First wanted me to send id and proof of address, which was fine as part of terms and conditions , then after delay wanted birth certificate which was supplied, another DELAY then wanted selfie of me with birth certificate (just proving delaying tactics as should have asked for that when first asked for birth certificate). More DELAYS because department don't seem to work weekends. Monday LIVE CHAT says NO UPDATES available you WILL just have to WAIT they will be in touch via email but no time line, then closed chat before could REPLY. CAN'T WAIT to see what reason they come up with this time. Will write again once have a reply Had a reply account SUSPENDED Had another reply account CLOSED AWAITING reply on what happens to all my money NOT LOOKING GOOD UPDATE FINALLY got paid out in full. Won't play again
