We ordered an excavator through HSS and unfortunately had to cancel. We emailed a few days before delivery date and unfortunately got no reply. Was also a struggle to get hold of someone on the phone. However, this was all saved by the person who runs their social media. I messaged on instagram and received quick communication and they resolved the issue within the hour! They were a great help and got the order cancelled as well as refunded. Thank you!
