Magnificent Mathew

Throughout my contacts with Mathew he has gone above and beyond what I expected, always available, always returns calls, always has or gets an answer. A thoroughly professional and perfectly mannered gentleman, nothing to much trouble, always prepared to explain, taking time to make us feel important and valued customers. I never need go into a travel agent again.
