There isno difference. They will will make you pay more. I have already lost 2000 odd with the promise of working out the problem. But they never tell you that later you have to pay 13000 as the company does not respond. So to take the case further you must pay 130000. All this they did not say but worked smartly to first get 2000 + from me.
