Had a debt on my meter. They took 9 months to come and change meter. They owe me over £400 now then gone bust. How do these regulators, regulate. Government are incompetent. They don't do nothing about is as they pocket the fines imposed on these companies. Whilst the poor are ripped of by all of them.
