Poor retention efforts
I was disappointed with how they handled an opportunity for new business. As a loyal customer, I went to them first regarding a refi. After shopping it around to one other lender, I saved close to $ 12,000 on closing costs and over 1.5% on the rate. I communicated that i would be going with the other lender based on the offer; and it was only until that point were they willing to match?
