EXCELLENT!
We chose to sell our flat with sellmyhome and we were extremely impressed and pleased with the whole process. First of all the staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable, the online site is user friendly, and the concept is genius. We were slightly concerned to begin with that we would not get any viewings as our flat was located on a busy main road, however within a couple of hours of posting our ad we had several viewings lined up. It was so helpful being able to liaise directly with the buyers and the system was so easy to use. Within a week we had two offers! The process was then managed expertly by the team and we accepted an offer for asking price. The team at sellmyhome then proceeded to keep in touch with the buyers to make sure things ran smoothly until exchange/completion.
