$400 is still owed to me from 13 weeks ago.
I sailed in June on Emerald Princess. I have $400 refundable cruise credit which is still owed to me. Been 13 weeks. No one answers emails or messages and phone calls get cut off. I will not sail with this charlatan company again. They are quick to take monies for new bookings but if anything is needing to be refunded then cruisers beware. You have been warned.
