Customer Service told me that "I do what I want"
After 1 year of use I sent back a TV of 13.000 DKK because some distracting black spots started to appear on the screen. Instead of a refund or sending a new TV, I waited 4 weeks to get back the same TV with a broken screen. Then another week passed with Dustin pointing fingers between me and the courier company. Finally, after 5 long weeks of waiting, they decided to stop playing around with my money and send the refund without any compensation whatsoever for my trouble. Then the customer service guy told me that now "I do what I want". Most definitely the single worst experience I had with a webshop. Never bother with them.
