Cannot pay my bill on the App
Cannot pay my bill on the App. Lodged issue 5 weeks ago and problem still not resolved. Members of the customer care team sayid I’ll be contacted when the problem is solved. That was weeks ago ! Meanwhile my bill is adding up. I don’t want to pay over the phone due to security reasons. I asked for somebody from management to ring me but I haven’t heard back. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!! UPDATE: I then got the standard reply below - which means nothing as the reviewer ( Sasha) has actually no idea who I am so the response is meaningless !! Still no progress resolving the problem 😡.
